1 Purpose and performance specification

1.1 purpose

a. This product is mainly used as a hoist on gas and liquid medium pipelines to connect or cut off medium. It has the advantages of small flow resistance and labor-saving opening and closing.

b. Scope of application: mainly used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, new energy, beverage machinery and equipment fields.

1.2 performance specifications

The temperature in the table refers to the temperature of the pipeline medium under the working state, and the pressure in the table is the continuous non impact pressure

2. Applicable standards

2.1 the design and manufacture shall comply with the provisions of GB / T 12237;

2.2 the inspection and test shall comply with the provisions of GB / T 13927 or JB / t9092;

2.3 flange size shall comply with JB / t79;

2.4 the structural length shall comply with the provisions of GB / T 12221;

3. Structural features and operating principle

3.1 refer to the sketch for structure and main overall dimensions.

3.2 the valve is opened and closed by rotating the hand wheel to make the valve stem rotate and drive the ball to rotate.

3.3 when the valve is closed, the handle rotates clockwise (switch mark is set on the operator).

3.4 PTFE all inclusive sealing is adopted, with small closing torque and easy sealing.

3.5 replaceable sealing structure is adopted for convenient maintenance.
